Technology

At the core of our systems is electrochemical activation (ECA): using only salt, water and electricity, it produces the required disinfectant where and when it is needed.

Hazardous chemical transport and storage are eliminated. What the cell produces is not a single compound but an oxidant mixture dominated by hypochlorous acid; with a redox potential of 1200 mV it acts far faster than chlorine gas or hypochlorite, yet stays safe for people, animals and equipment at working concentrations. On the filtration side, membrane technologies — reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration — bring raw water to process quality.

1200 mV

Redox potential. Destroys microorganisms not only chemically but by breaking the cell wall with current.

5 – 15 s

Contact time. 80–85% of disinfection completes in this window; chlorine needs 25–30 minutes.

Multi-oxidant

Not a single compound: hypochlorous acid dominant, with chlorine dioxide and peroxide components.

No resistance

Because the active components are meta-stable, no bacterium or virus develops lasting resistance.

Ready Product

NIMBUS Disinfectant

The same quality without installing a system. Get the same hypochlorous acid disinfectant produced in our NIMBUS systems, delivered directly — bulk tanker in whatever volume you need, or 10-20 litre containers.

Our primary supply channel is bulk tanker delivery — the most economical, least disruptive option for facilities with continuous consumption. Container supply is also available for smaller-scale needs.
