Cooling and process circuits
Hypochlorous acid dosed into cooling towers keeps biofilm growth and Legionella risk under control. Tower and boiler feed water are conditioned with STRATUS stages; hardness and conductivity are lowered to target values to reduce scale and corrosion.
Wastewater recovery
Process wastewater is treated and recovered to the facility in CIRRUS projects according to its character. Reused as wash, cooling make-up or irrigation water, recovered water lowers both mains consumption and discharge load. The recovery rate is engineered to the water analysis and target use.
